Hyatt Regency Jersey City On The Hudson

Marvellous location for our visit to Aig Jersey City at a short distance from the hotel. 15 mins from metro station. The breakfasts for vegan.

Its location within easy walking distance of a shopping mall was favourable. The staff were attentive up until the day we left. The room was very twin, very comfy bed.

Especially Anita and Belinda. Two very professional staff members who made our stay an exceptional one. Thank you Anita and Belinda.

Absolutely nothing.

The hotel is clean, big size. Central heating, a personal safe and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Beautiful views out over river. Unbeatable and incredible location, walking distance to everywhere. Early check in and late check out.

All great, strategic location to visit Manhattan, very clean hotel and very friendly staff. Priceless view.

There is no real shuttle service from JFK Airport.

Breakfasts were delicious and enormous.

Loved our really amazing stay there a lot. Our double room was complete with great views over Manhattan, the bathrooms, as example. The staff were caring and location was stunning. The fact that Exchange Place tube station was some 10 minutes away was a plus.

The staff is very welcoming and available. Close to the perfect PATH. And the quiet of the city is really great.

The pool is really small compared to the size of the hotel in my opinion. As for breakfast, there wasn't much choice.

I loved staying at Hyatt Regency in Jersey City with its fine Manhattan skyline views and convenient PATH access. The staff provided solid assistance, though improvements could be made in room cleanliness. A nice experience immersing in Americana with my partner.

The staff was very nice, very caring for us, very nice and very pleasant! Good situation despite the fact that we had to take the train to reach Manhattan...Nevertheless, beautiful view of New York in the evening!

The pool is a little small and not very clear...

The location of the hotel is superb. The PATH station is just down the hotel at one stop to WTC station. A great view of Manhattan. Large and comfortable room... Offers bar food for 4 because there was a problem in the service when we did not make a complaint. Customer service at the top!

Asking every day for a towel or toiletries missing because there were 4 of us.

My children wanted better room cleanliness and wish there was room service available.

The view of the skyline is absolutely stunning. The staff at check-in are friendly and helpful, and the bar area has a nice ambiance with even better views.

The room and furniture could really use an update.
